Learn basic Spanish phrases to politely decline services or goods.
About this holiday
The Cuban Revolution began when Fidel Castro and associated revolutionaries toppled the ruling government of Fulgencio Batista on January 1, 1959. Castro maintained significant political influence until 2011, and Cuba remains governed by a communist system.
