About this holiday

St. Leoluca (also known as Leone Luca/Leo Luke) was an abbot and noted spiritual figure at the Monastery of Mount Mula in Calabria. He founded Italo-Greek monasticism and is revered as a saint by both the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches.
