About this holiday
The Macedonian Struggle (1893–1912) was a complex period of social, political, and military conflicts, mainly between Greek and Bulgarian communities within Ottoman Macedonia. This conflict was part of broader revolutionary efforts involving multiple groups competing for influence over the region's Christian populations. The unrest persisted until the Balkan Wars.
