Zimbabwe is a landlocked Southern African country known for its rich natural environment, fauna, flora, and historical sites, such as Great Zimbabwe. • Zimbabweans are generally hospitable. Show respect to elders and those in authority. It is customary to exchange pleasantries (e.g., greetings) when passing strangers in towns. While punctuality is valued, extreme lateness is considered rude. Avoid displaying racism, discrimination, sexism, or engaging in public political discussions. A polite handshake is typically sufficient for greetings.
